Mr. William J. Balleste, founder and President/CEO of EES, is the Managing Director for CSSS’ STARS II contract. Mr. Balleste is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the Joint Venture. Mr. Balleste is a proud service-disabled veteran of the 82nd Airborne with more than 40 years of experience in executive and senior management roles supporting the development and execution of strategic Information Technology business solutions.
Program Manager, John R. Daniels, PMP
Mr. John Daniels, Federal Programs’ Vice President of EES, is the Program Manager for CSSS’ STARS II contract. Mr. Daniels serves as the single point-of-contact and compliance manager for all task orders under STARS II. Mr. Daniels has over 35 years of proven technical leadership and management experience supporting mission critical programs and complex modernization efforts, including the U.S. National Airspace System.
Deputy Program Manager, David Dabney
Mr. David Dabney, Chief Operations Officer of KOMPSYS, is the Deputy Program Manager for CSSS’ STARS II contract. Mr. Dabney assists the Program Manager and is responsible for all Quality Management System functions. Mr. Dabney is a senior business professional with over 30 years of experience in operations management, account management, business consulting, business process analysis, financial analysis, audit, accounting and reporting, training, system/solution implementation and general operational cost management.
IT Solutions Manager, Myron Hood
Mr. Myron Hood, Chief Technology Officer of KOMPSYS, is the IT Solutions Manager for the CSSS’ STARS II contract. Mr. Hood will assist the Program Manager and is responsible for the overall technical response development, requirements validation and resource planning. Mr. Hood is a senior business professional with over 30 years of experience in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, comprehensive team-building and IT solutions development.
